Tv and Media Gilli’s television work includes her own 10-part BBC television series,Tastes of Wales which was transmitted on BBC Wales from October 1990.  The series was later broadcast on BBC2, BBC Worldwide and twice through a cable network.  

She has also presented slots on BBC1’s Dish of the Day, BBC Wales’ See You Sunday, Summer Scene, the farming series Down to Earth with a weekly cookery spot, the BBC daytime series A to Z of Food and she has guested on UK Living, BBC's Who’ll Do The Pudding, QVC and Carlton Food Network Daily. 

Gilli's first radio broadcast was with Nick Bailey on British Forces Broadcasting Services in Berlin during the summer of 1979. Always enjoying radio work Gilli has cooked on many live programmes including Woman's Hour and The Food Programme.
