Yum Cafe & RestaurantGilli has experience in catering that spans 25 years.  From running restaurants and cafes to catering for small and large events, Gilli understands the planning requirements and logistics of catering. 

In 1970 Gilli set up and ran the bistro at St Anthony’s College, Oxford.  This was followed by a spell as chef at the Open Air restaurant in Regents Park, London before Gilli opened a bistro in Chichester. 

Married life kept Gilli at home with her catering and she produced wedding and Christmas cakes as well as various small catering jobs. 

In 1979 Gilli took on two restaurants for the Army in Berlin, running them both within the splendid surroundings of the Olympic Stadium.

Café Yum is Gilli’s latest catering venture, set up in Cardiff’s newly restored bay.  This smart venue served a contemporary menu from the very best organic ingredients. 

At present Gilli provides party food.
