Gilli (Davies) Cliff is a Cordon Bleu cook and has been involved in food, food journalism and broadcasting for the past 25 years. Consultant to the food industry and food judge, Gilli was elected as chairman of the Guild of Food Writers in spring 2007.
Currently living in North Yorkshire Gilli runs cookery courses in her own home and continues to write and broadcast on subjects ranging from food safety to the aphrodisiac qualities of the food we eat.
This collection of mouth-watering recipes takes us through the seasons, from Spring to Winter, and encourages the use of fresh fruit and vegetables of Wales.
