Gilli (Davies) Cliff is a Cordon Bleu cook and has been involved in food, food journalism and broadcasting for the past 25 years. Consultant to the food industry and food judge, Gilli has recently retired as chairman of the Guild of Food Writers.
Currently living in North Yorkshire Gilli runs cookery courses in her own home and continues to write and broadcast on subjects ranging from sourcing the best local produce to the aphrodisiac qualities of the food we eat.
